All customized items are made to order meaning they are especially made for you.

Name Wall Hangings product may take time ranging from 2 to 5 days to get ready depending on the size and content of the product. Smaller items will take less time and the bigger the item the more time it will take.

For Theme Birthday Decorations products may take time ranging from 4 to 6 days to get ready depending on the size and content of the product.

Utmost care is taken in packing of our products as all materials are very delicate, however if it may get damage in delivery we will take it back and replace the item.

Once the items are shipped we will share the tracking number with you with the help of which you can track the status online.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items will be returned only if when your order does not match with pattern selected by you or photos does not match.

In any case if the item is damaged then a free replacement will be provided only if we are informed about the damage on the same day of date of delivery so that we claim it with our shipping partner.
